Robert Ashjian (DRE # 02147684)
Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Robert spent his time working as a General Contractor in a family owned business. Robert has been working around Real Estate for over a decade. From acquiring rental properties to flipping houses, he has gained a wealth of knowledge of the industry.
Robert specializes in Buy and Sell transactions that consist of condos, single family homes, and multi-family homes as a primary residence or an investment property.
Outside of holding an active Broker's license, Robert also holds a General Contractor License (CSLB 1113984). When not dealing in Real Estate, Robert enjoys all water activities and camping.
Lisa Bannon (DRE # 01904482)
With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, transaction coordination, and property management, Lisa Bannon brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and a personal touch to every transaction. Her experience extends well beyond buying and selling homes - she understands the importance of protecting her clients' interests, solving problems, and guiding people through what can often be one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Lisa believes exceptional real estate service begins with listening. She takes the time to understand what her clients truly need and remains personally involved throughout the entire process. Whether working with a first-time buyer, an experienced homeowner, an investor, a military family, or someone navigating a trust or estate property, Lisa approaches every transaction with patience, honesty, and attention to detail. Having spent many years managing properties and working throughout Southern California, Lisa brings practical experience and a strong understanding of both the business and personal sides of real estate. She is a committed advocate and negotiator who isn't afraid to ask questions, find solutions, and go the extra mile for her clients.
As part of a longtime military family, Lisa also understands the unique needs of service members, veterans, and their families, including the challenges that can come with relocations and VA home purchases.
